Thank You Cards

Minted launched a “Thank You” card challenge which was fun because its so open ended. One thing I love about Minted is it lets me experiment with different design styles and techniques more than the ole 9-5 does sometimes. I broke out the pen and ink and hand drew a lot more in theses…a lot got finished up on the computer, but I love starting out by hand when I design. Little Update

Last week was a fun week over at Minted. They started launching the art prints and my season’s prints are up! It makes me sad I ran out of time to make a fall one bc it just seems weird to only have 3 of the seasons. You should check them out, and all the amazing art up for sale—theyve got some amazing amazing stuff!

Moving Announcement Winners

I’m so happy that my moving announcement was a winner over at Minted. I had so much fun making this card! It’s a little bit of an updated “Grapes of Wrath” :) Thanks to all who vote, it means so much to me!

Little Journeys Minted Challenge

The latest challenge over at Minted.com was so much fun! The theme was Children/Nursery Art Prints, which is right up my alley :) One of the most exciting parts of this challenge is that it benefits the non-profit “Every Mother Counts” founded by Christy Turlington Burns. Every Mother Counts is an advocacy and mobilization campaign to increase education and support for maternal and child health. To learn more about the organization, click here.
